Role Overview: In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers on live chat, addressing both support and sales inquiries on company websites and social media platforms.

Contract Details: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Required Skills/Experience: Applicants must own a device that supports social media and web-based chat functions (Phone, Tablet, or Laptop). Independence, a keen eye for detail, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and a stable internet connection are essential. Candidates should be available to work at least 10 hours weekly.

Weekly Hours: Minimum of 10 hours

Location: Position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in the United States.
