We’re searching for customer service representatives who can tackle customers’ inquiries and concerns with precision and promptness, ensuring seamless communication and comprehension across various platforms (including email, live chat, and social media), or direct complex issues to the right team members.
Role: Engage as a live chat support assistant where your task is to manage real-time conversations on a company’s website or its social media platforms. Your primary role involves supporting current customers with inquiries regarding product returns, reorders, and other related queries. Training is provided, so prior experience is not required.
Contract Term: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Necessary Skills/Background: You’ll need a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and live chat functionalities. You should be able to work autonomously, follow detailed instructions accurately, and have at least 5 hours of availability each week, along with a stable internet connection.
Weekly Hours: Between 5 and 40 hours
Location: This is a remote position, ideally suited for candidates in the United States.
