Remote Chat Support – No Phone Call / No Experience

Are you at ease chatting online? If so, we’re eager to welcome you aboard as we urgently require new live chat assistants. This fully remote position involves texting with customers via a business’s website or Facebook Messenger, with no phone calls involved.

This role is pivotal in providing stellar customer service to website visitors. You’ll engage with customers through email, chat, or other communication platforms, handling special orders, addressing service queries, resolving issues, and updating customer account details.

What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant, your job will involve responding to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media platforms. This includes answering questions, providing links for sales, and offering discounts.

Contract length: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background required: You’ll need a device that can access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Independence, the ability to strictly follow directions, and availability for at least 5 hours weekly are essential. A reliable internet connection is also required.

Hours per week: 5 – 40

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
