We are on the hunt for live chat assistants tasked with being the initial point of contact, offering top-tier customer service and expertise to both external customers and internal members. You’ll manage incoming chat requests and emails, ensuring all queries are handled promptly and accurately.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Requires access to a device capable of navigating social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Must be able to work autonomously, adhere to specific instructions, and be available for at least 10 hours a week. A stable internet connection is also essential.
Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
