What you will be doing: In this role as a live chat agent, you will engage customers by responding to their messages in real-time on a business’s website or social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include answering questions, providing links for purchases, and sharing special discount offers.
Contract length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background required: You should have access to a device capable of managing social media and website chats (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You’ll need to work independently, adhere closely to guidelines, and be available for at least 5 hours weekly. A stable internet connection is essential.
Hours per week: 5 – 40
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
