Roles: As a Live Chat Customer Support Agent, you will address incoming support queries via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. This includes handling inquiries from existing customers and answering sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract Length: Indefinite
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/Background Needed: Required is a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Candidates must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions accurately, and be available for at least 10 hours per week. A reliable internet connection is essential.
Hours per Week: 10+ hours
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
