What you will be doing: As a Live Chat Customer Support Agent, you’ll manage incoming queries through live chat on business websites and social media platforms. This includes addressing support issues from current customers and answering inquiries from potential new ones.
Contract length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must possess a device that can access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). The ability to work independently, follow instructions precisely, and be available for at least 10 hours weekly is crucial. A dependable internet connection is also required.
Hours per week: 10+ hours
