Overnight Customer Service Representative Live Chat – Remote / No Experience

We are on the hunt for an Overnight Customer Service Representative (OCSR) to handle live chat support, turning every interaction into a demonstration of our commitment to an outstanding customer experience. This role is perfect for a skilled communicator with stellar customer service abilities, who can also troubleshoot both delivery and product-related queries.

What you will be doing: In this role, you’ll engage with customers through a chat application, answering common queries such as pricing, refund policies, and issuing discount codes. You will be fully trained in less than a day to ensure you’re ready to assist effectively.

Contract length: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Candidates must possess a device capable of accessing chat functions via social media and websites (Phone, Tablet, or Laptop). You should be able to work independently, follow instructions carefully, and be available for at least 10 hours weekly with a stable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours

Location: This is a remote position, ideally suited for candidates in the United States.
