What you will be doing: As a Customer Service Live Chat Assistant, you’ll be compensated to manage queries via our chat application, addressing common customer questions about pricing, refund policies, and issuing discount codes. Full training will be provided, typically completed in less than a day.
Contract length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Requires a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You should be able to work independently, follow instructions meticulously, and be available for at least 10 hours per week. A stable internet connection is essential.
Hours per week: 10 – 40
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
