What You Will Be Doing: Your role involves managing Facebook and Instagram accounts for businesses, responding to customer inquiries. You’ll address questions from existing customers seeking support and potential customers with sales inquiries. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills to handle various types of customer interactions.

Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/Background Needed: You should have access to a device suitable for navigating social media and website chat features (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). The ability to work autonomously and follow instructions precisely is crucial. You’ll need to be available for at least 5 hours a week, with a reliable internet connection.
