Chat Support Specialist (Remote / No Experience)

We are actively seeking Entry Level Chat Support Specialists to engage with the customers regarding sales-related inquiries for our products and services. Your role involves addressing customer questions, recommending technical solutions, and assisting users in navigating product features and functionalities.

Roles: As a Chat Support Specialist, you’ll use the business’s chat application to respond to common customer inquiries about pricing, refund policies, and discount codes. Training is quick, thorough, and will equip you with the necessary skills in less than a day.

Contract Length: Indefinite

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/Background Needed: You’ll need a device that can access social media and website chat features (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). The position requires the ability to work independently, follow instructions precisely, and a minimum of 10 hours availability each week. A reliable internet connection is essential.

Hours per Week: 10 – 40 hours

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
