Call Center Representative (Remote / No Phone Calling / No Experience)

What you will be doing: As a Call Center Support Representative, you will manage customer support queries through live chat on various business websites and social media platforms. These inquiries may involve assisting existing customers or addressing potential new customers’ sales questions.

Contract length: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background required: Necessary tools include a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functionalities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You should be capable of working autonomously, following instructions meticulously, and committing to at least 10 hours each week. A stable internet connection is crucial.

Hours per week: 10+ hours

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
